Chi Hi Hockey Blueline Meeting
December 5, 2006 Minutes
At the Chippewa Youth Hockey Ice Rink

ATTENDING:  Julie Darrow, Laura Larson, Deb Peterson, Gayle Klitzke,
Coach, Sandy Hysell, Pam Kelly, Patti Darley, Bob Maslonkowski and Kelly
Begley

1. Booster Club Tickets will be distributed in January after the Spaghetti feed.

There is a Booster meeting next week.

2. Agnes’s table went great, the kids and parents that were involved did a good job.

3.  Spent:     $62.00          Bottles and Jump Ropes
                    $420.00        Breezers
                    $68.00          Stick Handling Balls
                    $40.00          Folders

Still need to purchase some stickers.

4.  JV got their sandwiches at the Onalaska game, no complaints.

5.  Sweat order is in, getting printed, they changed the windsuits, so we will
     get a sample of new ones and everyone can see if they still want to order.

6.  Spaghetti feed is set for Monday, January 8, 2006. 

Tank will contact Kelly Begley for details. 

Kelly will get a hold of Julie Hutton to print Tickets and posters, should be done soon for distribution.  Ages 6 and under Will pay at the door, all other tickets are $6.00. 

Patti will pick up the bread from Sams again. 

Shelly Vincent was to help with Raffle, not sure she still is, need people to step up and help out.  

Will ask the cheerleaders to help sell tickets also. 

Patti will send e-mail for raffle items.  

Coach will contact WEAU and Chippewa Herald. 

Spaghetti feed will be 4:30-9:00. 

Patti will print up volunteer list and Julie D. will get them to sign up.

7.  After the game in Appleton we will have a potluck, Deb Loiselle and Nancy Kurkowski will organize and set up.

8.  Pizza Sales are not going too well, due date is this Friday, not many turned in. Kids may need to pay for their rooms in Appleton if we don’t sell all the pizza tickets.

NEXT MEETING IS JAN. 6TH AT 6:00 TO GO OVER THE SPAGHETTI FEED.
